I am originally from Mexcico. I was born in San Luis Potosi, San Luis Potosi, Mexico. This city is located in the center part of the Mexico. It is about 640km from Mexico, DF which is about 6 hrs. away from Mexico city. When I turned 18, I moves to USA. After a couple of years in Laredo Community College, I moved to San Antonio. I have been living in San Antonio for the past 18 years and I love my second hometown San Antonio.
I started teaching at Harlandale after I graduated from UTSA. Harlandale was my first job and I have been at Harlandale ever for 15 years. Over the years, I had the opportunity and wonderful blessing of teaching all the Spanish levels offered at Harlandale High School. I was an AP Spanish teacher for 4 years. I loved and enjoyed having native Spanish native speaker in class. I taught the levels 3 for a fewer years. Recently, I have been teaching primarily the level 1 and 2 Spanish. This year I will be teaching Spanish level 2.
I am a proud teacher at Harlandale High School and I hope and wish you will learn to love and appreciate the Spanish language the way I do. I am hoping that in the year or two we spend together wonderful life changing experience and I can help you practice the language and one day become a truly bilingual citizen.
Y nos vemos pronto!!!!
